Chef Christine Brown
Chef Christine is a local, having
grown up in Palos Verdes with a mother running a catering business. She
has been involved with food her whole life. Chef Brown's background includes
pastry chef at The Grand House Restaurant in San Pedro, and an A.O.S.
Culinary degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New
York. She worked at City and Campanile restaurants in Los Angeles before
joining chef/owner Michael Shafer in 1991 at the Depot Restaurant. Christine
has been serving the community at Restaurant Christine for 14 years. |
